What We Do
From Design to Installation and Beyond
Not only do we manufacture our PVC vertical blinds on site in the factory attached to our showroom, we also provide all aftermarket service or warranty work on everything we sell.
Because we don’t operate out of the ‘back of a van’ like many of our competitors we are always available 6 days a week to help for parts or service even if the blinds aren’t originally from us. We carry a wide selection of hard-to-find parts and will do what we can to help solve your problem.
If you accidentally break or loose brackets during painting or renovations and the original supplier can’t (or won’t) help you, don’t panic and throw out the blind. Bring in the broken bracket, or better still bring the whole blind in to show us and we may be able to help with a replacement bracket or an alternative solution to make it work.
We can repair many different types of blinds from most manufacturers regardless of where you purchased them from such as Sears etc.
Common repairs include restringing broken lift cords on cellular or pleated shades including RV shades and replacing broken chains, clutches or locking mechanisms. We can replace a wide range of other components including shutter magnets, cord or chain joiners and motors (depending on compatibility). If your blind is broken but in otherwise good shape, bring it to us to see if we can help – if we can’t fix it, there is no charge.
We can also resize many types of blinds. If you get your windows changed and the new casements are often smaller. If your blinds don’t fit your new casements, bring the blinds to us with the new measurements of your window casement. We will be able to tell you if they can be resized and let you know the time frame and cost associated once we have inspected the blind.
